Roma, Agosto 22, 2012 – Sa Artikulo 22 ng Immigration Act ay nasasaad ang krimen ng pagbibigay ng trabaho sa mga non-EU nationals na hindi regular o undocumented.
Sa katunayan ay nasasaad na ang mga employer na tumatanggap sa mga manggagawang dayuhan na walang permit to stay, o mayroong expired permit to stay at hindi nag-aplay ngrenewal nito sa panahong itinalaga ng batas, at ang renewal ay tinanggihan, ay paparusahan ng pagkakakulong mula anim na buwan hanggang tatlong taon at isang multa ng 5000 euro para sa bawat manggagawa. (Ang mga parusang ito ay nasasaad sa D.L. 92 ng 2008).
