The BANGSAMORO SAFETY COUNCIL (BSC) is a non-profit Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) organization. This is founded by a group of MUSLIM safety professionals who aims to provide world-class OHSE training, consultancy, qualifications, audits, and awards. BSC works closely with organizations, charities and individuals who share its vision of ensuring that every worker goes home safe and healthy every day.

BSC was accredited by the POLO-OWWA as a community service partner last April 2019 where H.E. Nasser Mustafa conducted the Oath of Office for the all BSC board of directors in Al Khobar K.S.A.

BCS has competent trainers with international accreditation. This competent trainers are safety practitioners who are still active in their duties as Safety Manager, Safety Superintendent and Safety Analyst working in oil and gas, chemical plants, construction and manufacturing. 

They launch its first training in Jubail and continued it every first Friday of the month. So far BSC conducted 22 safety trainings in Jubail, Dammam and Al-Khobar.

The trainings were attended by its members and other individuals who intends to develop his safety skills. Most of them are safety officers, pipe fitters, divers, scaffolders, electricians, drivers, secretaries, engineers, admin assistants, office workers, food handlers and etc. 

BCS now has an upcoming partnership training with OHSTTC (Occupational Health and Safety Travelers Training Center) in which DOLE accredited safety course will be held in the Kingdom for the first time. This 10 hour training course which entitles the participant a qualification as SAFETY OFFICER 1 as per DOLE standard. This training is open to all regardless of profession and gender. This will be conducted on October 11, 2019 at Al Gosaibi Hotel Al Khobar K.S.A. with the presence of DOLE-OHSC Executive Director H.E. Noel C. Binag.
