The certificate must not include anything that can harm the reputation of the worker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2-Return to the worker all certificates and documents he has submitted<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omitted from (the old)Article 64: If the certificate contains any remarks that are prejudicial to the worker\u2019s reputation or likely to diminish his employment chances, the reasons must be clearly indicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 64 is the 14th of the 38 new amendments in the Saudi Labor Law.  The Amendments were approved by HRH King Salman by Royal Decree no. D\/46 dated 5\/6\/1436H., corresponding to 25\/3\/2015G. and comes into force on 18 October 2015<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Important Note: Dapat ang Certificate of Employment ay napa-authenticate sa Saudi Chamber of Commerce para patunay na ang pumirma nito ay authorized signatory ng company \/ employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tagalog:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang Bagong Artikulo 64 ng Saudi Labor Law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa pagkatapos ng kontrata, ang employer ay dapat magbigay ng mga sumusunod:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-Bigyan ang manggagawa, sa kanyang kahilingan ng Certificate of Employment, dapat ito ay libre (walang bayad), dapat nakasulat sa Certificate of Employment nag petsa ng unang araw ng kanyang pagtrabaho, petsa ng pagwawakas ng trabaho, ang kanyang propesyon, at ang huling sahod na natanggap. Walang isusulat sa Certificate of Employment ang anuman na maaaring makakasira sa reputasyon ng manggagawa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Ibalik sa manggagawa ang lahat ng mga certificates at lahat ng mga dokumento na kanyang isinumite,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tinanggal mula sa (lumang) Artikulo 64: Kung ang sertipiko ay naglalaman ng anumang salita na makasasama sa reputasyon ng manggagawa o malamang na magbawas ng kanyang mga pagkakataon na makatrabaho , ay dapat na malinaw na nakasulat ang mga dahilan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang Artikulo 64 ay isa sa 38 na pagbabago sa Saudi Labor Law. Ang pagbabago ay inaprobahan ng HRH Haring Salman sa pamamagitan ng Royal Decree no.
