November 4, 2020<\/strong> \u2013 Ang Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) ng Kaharian ng Saudi Arabia, sa pakikipagtulungan sa Ministry of Interior at National Information Center, ay naglunsad ng inisyatiba na \u201cEnhancing the Contractual Relationship<\/a>\u201d na isa sa mga \u201cNational Transformation Programs\u201d ng Kaharian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ang nabanggit na inisyatiba ay may tatlong (3) main services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Career Mobility Service<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 para sa mga expat workers na gustong magpalipat ng employer.<\/li>
  2. Exit-Reentry Service<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 para sa mga expat workers na gustong magbabakasyon sa kanilang bansa.<\/li>
  3. Final Exit Service<\/strong> \u2013 para sa mga expat workers na gustong uuwi na sa kanilang bansa for good.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Hindi kasama sa nasabing inisyatiba ang mga nagtratrabaho bilang domestic workers, private drivers, home guards, shepherds and gardeners o farmers. Ang implementasyon ng inisyatiba na ito ay sa Marso 14, 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Final Exit Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    A service that allows a foreign worker to raise a final exit request during the validity of the work contract or after the contract expires, in any way through the Absher platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Target groups<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The expatriate worker<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The date of application of the service is March 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Conditions for using the service<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    1. The worker must be one of the expatriate professional workers subject to the work system.<\/li>
    2. The worker must have a valid residency (Iqama)<\/li>
    3. The worker must have a notarized work contract<\/li>
    4. The worker should not have unpaid government fees or fines.<\/li>
    5. The expatriate employee’s acknowledgment of the procedures resulting from the final exit before completing the contract through the Absher platform<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      2. Does the employer have the right to cancel the final exit visa issued by the lost worker?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The employer does not have the right to cancel the final exit visa for issuance by the expatriate worker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. When is a migrant worker entitled to submit a final exit visa application?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If he wishes to leave the country permanently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Can a migrant worker request a final exit visa for his companions?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
