King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has received the \u201cVoice of Customer\u201d and “Best Hygiene Measures” certificates awarded by the Airports Council International (ACI) World.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Airports Council International (ACI) is the only global trade representative of the world\u2019s airports. Established in 1991, ACI represents airports interests with Governments and international organizations such as ICAO, develops standards, policies and recommended practices for airports, and provides information and training opportunities to raise standards around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is given to airports which demonstrated significant efforts in gathering passenger feedback through the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Departures survey, to help them better understand their customers during the pandemic. To qualify, an airport member must have collected 3 or more quarters of data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year, 140 airports have been recognized around the world. Delivery of \u201cThe Voice of the Customer\u201d recognition is sponsored by Amadeus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
