Sa katulad natin na mga expatriates na hindi nagmula sa GCC countries, ang membership natin sa GOSI ay para lamang sa <a href=\"http:\/\/patnubay.org\/?p=6926\">Occupational Hazard Insurance<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa Social Insurance Law ay obligasyon ng employer\/company na bayaran ang GOSI Occupational Hazard Insurance ng worker sa halagang katumbas ng 2 percent sa kanyang basic salary o ang maximum na 400SAR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kung maaksidente o mamatay ang worker habang ginampanan ang kanyang trabaho (Occupational Accident), ang computation sa benefits na kanyang matatangap o ng kanyang naiwang pamilya ay ibabase sa basic salary na dineklara ng employer\/company sa GOSI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>May mga naaksidente na workers, na maliit ang natanggap na salary (from GOSI) habang nagpapagaling sa hospital at kaya din may maliit na disability benefits na natanggap ang worker o ang kanyang naiwang pamilya.
