Allowing the Expats to Return to their Countries
The service enables the establishment to submit a request for its employees to leave the Kingdom in these exceptional circumstances that led to the suspension of all departure flights to outside the Kingdom. The request will be considered by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, which in turn will approve or reject it.
Terms and Conditions:
- Service is available to the authorized representative of the establishment.
- Service is available only to the existing facilities.
- Service is available to the expats who are “on duty”.
- It will be allowed to submit one request every 14 days. Hence, all expats required to leave shall be included in one request.
- Employee name shall be written in English as shown in his passport.
- The following acknowledgement shall be approved before submission of the request:
- Issuance of final exit visa from the Ministry of Interior.
- Settlement of all entitlements of the employee and fulfillment of all obligations of the establishment.
- Conducting a medical examination for the employee according to the terms established by the Ministry of Health.
- Cooperation with the Ministry of Health in case that there are any symptoms which prevent the employee from travelling.
- Purchasing the flights tickets according to the times determined by the carrier.
- Transporting the employee to the terminal and ensuring the completion of travel procedures.
- The establishment and its representatives shall be responsible for all legal consequences if the information submitted is not consistent with what was indicated.
