Setyembre 30,  2021 – Nagbabala ang Embahada ng Saudi Arabia sa Manila, sa mga Saudi citizens na gustong kumuha ng mga workers mula Pilipinas para magtrabaho sa Kaharian ng Saudi Arabia.

Pinaalala ng Saudi Embassy na dapat ang pagkuha ng worker ay dumaan sa opisyal at accredited recruitment offices lamang, alinsunod sa ipinatupad na laws and regulations ng Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development (MHRSD) ng KSA at Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) ng Pilipinas at HINDI sa pamamagitan ng mga “brokers” o  “middlemen”. Ito ay para protektahan ang karapatan ng employer at ng worker. 

Ipinahayag ng embahada na umaasa silang sundin ng kanilang mga citizens para hindi sila maloko o ma scam ng mga nagpapanggap na tao, na nagpakilalang brokers o middlemen, at para protektahan ang karapatan ng dalawang partido (employer at ng worker).

The Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Philippines would like to warn citizens wishing to contract with various types of labor from the Philippines; And that this be done through official and accredited recruitment offices” and in accordance with the recruitment laws and regulations stipulated and approved by the Ministry of Human Resources in the Kingdom and the Philippine Ministry of Labor under joint agreements; not through middlemen and brokers; In order to preserve the rights of both parties (the employer and the worker).

The embassy expressed its hope to adhere to and abide by the instructions for recruitment, so that the citizen is not exposed to fraud and scams by fake people, brokers, and offices, in order to preserve their rights.
