The Historic Filipinotown Neighborhood Council announces the sixth annual Historic Filipinotown Festival and 5k Run/Walk to be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012. This event celebrates the 10th anniversary of the designation of Historic Filipinotown in Los Angeles. Line up of outstanding live entertainment, cultural performances, music and dance produced by Ted Benito.
5K Run/Walk Kickoff @7:30am / Awards @10am Festival 10am – 7:30pm
The race’s starting line will be located at 1925 W. Temple St, L.A. 90026 (between Bonnie Brae and Westlake).
Parking is available at 1711 W. Temple Street, L.A. 90026. From the Hollywood Fwy, from both North and South directions, exit at Glendale Blvd. for easier to the parking structure.
