November 4, 2021 – Nagpalabas ng anunsiyo ang Ministry Of Interior at ang Saudi Press Agency ng paglilinaw sa definition of public places at mga health protocols.

Nakasaad sa anunsiyo na kailangan pa rin ng mask at social distancing sa mga sumusunod na lugar

  • mosques, public utility markets, such as vegetable and livestock markets, fish markets, and slaughterhouses, as well as small shops such as electrical, carpentry, and plumbing shops, car workshops, corridors, and open yards of commercial complexes, and the like.

Based on what was submitted by the competent health authorities in the Kingdom

On the definition of public places and their health controls

  • These are not covered and not surrounded by borders such as public parks, and pedestrian sidewalks which are open to all, without entry requirements or arrangements from a regulator. 
  • This does not include sports stadiums, large events and the like, which are designated to host (500) people or more at the same time , regardless of the number of actual attendance, it is obligatory to wear a mask, while attending those places and events.

All citizens and residents who have received a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine at least six months ago, to quickly obtain the booster dose, with the aim of strengthening the community’s immunity.
