Exit and Re-entry Visa Service
1.8 Service Definition
This service enables a migrant worker to submit an application for issuing an Exit and Re-entry Visa during the validity of the documented work contract through his account on the “Absher” platform.
1.9 Conditions for using the service
1. That the worker is part of the expatriate professional employment subject to the labor system.
2. That the worker has a valid and notarized employment contract.
3. The worker must have a valid residency that covers the period of exit and return.
4. That the passport is valid for a period of not less than 90 days.
5. The worker must be inside the Kingdom upon visa application.
6. The worker does not have traffic violations.
1.10 Service Instructions
1. Existence of an account for the worker on the Absher platform “Individuals”.
2. The worker shall bear the financial costs of the Exit and Re-entry Visa application.
3. The service allows a migrant worker to request exit and return visas for himself or for his dependents.
4. A worker can cancel the exit and re-entry visa.
5. The worker who breaches his obligations and does not return to the Kingdom to complete his work contract, is permanently banned to enter the Kingdom.

5. A text message (SMS) will be sent to the employer when the worker applies for the visa.
